流心芝士南瓜饼
正想着再弄个什么南瓜饼把最后的南瓜解决掉,就正好来了两包芝士
芝士流心南瓜饼,灿灿金色之中流淌出乳白,似乎也很是诱人
怎奈气温太低,收拾完毕再来切饼,流心已呈半凝固状态。。。。

  • 白糖40克
  • 叶儿粑粉150克
  • 芝士片5片

Steps to make 流心芝士南瓜饼

  • 1.用料:南瓜236克,白糖40克,叶儿粑粉150克,芝士片5片,面包糠适量,食用油适量。
  • 2.南瓜洗净后蒸熟。
  • 3.挖出南瓜瓤,弃皮不用。
  • 4.趁热加糖搅拌至糖溶化。
  • 5.加入叶儿粑粉。
  • 6.揉成软硬适度的均匀面团(若南瓜泥较干可以适量加水)。
  • 7.分割成10等分。
  • 8.将芝士片切成小块。
  • 9.每片分成两叠。
  • 10.把小剂子按扁,包入芝士。
  • 11.收口,再按压成小圆饼。
  • 12.粘少许水,放入面包糠中裹上一层面包糠。
  • 13.全部做好,备用。
  • 14.平底锅倒油,烧热。
  • 15.放入做好的南瓜饼,中小火煎炸。
  • 16.底面定型后翻面,继续煎炸表面。
  • 17.两面煎至金黄,出锅晾至温热食用。
