Steps to make 神厨炸元宵

  • 1.元宵室温解冻10-20分钟。
  • 2.锅中倒入植物油,烧至七分热,用漏勺轻轻放入元宵。炸30秒后表皮变硬,用漏勺迅速捞出。如果动作不熟练可以先关火。
  • 3.逐个用勺子拍打元宵,或者用牙签在每个元宵上扎多个眼,确保每个元宵排出里面的热气。
  • 4.再次将油加热至七分热,将元宵放入锅中炸4-5分钟。
  • 5.步骤三如果做到位,不会溅油。万一最后1-2分钟元宵嘣裂,油即将溅出来,就马上将锅盖盖上。2分钟左右迸溅结束关火捞出元宵。
  • 6.成品。
