卤香菇是苏菜中一个很有特色的凉菜,卤好的香菇味道香浓,特作简单,做为常家和待客的菜都相当不错。

Steps to make 卤香菇

  • 1.香菇去蒂洗净,上面剪十字花口。
  • 2.锅中烧热水,入香菇焯透备用。
  • 3.葱姜切片泡入水中备用。
  • 4.锅中放油烧热,加入适量水。(最好是鸡汤)
  • 5.放入香菇。
  • 6.加入盐、鸡精、糖、酱油、葱姜水大火烧开,转中小火。
  • 7.约十五分钟左右,至汤汁收尽,淋入芝麻油出锅。
