昆布卷
前一阵朋友送了我一盒昆布卷,觉得甚是好吃啊,价格还不便宜,其实就是海带里卷些东西呗,有卷鱼籽的,有卷牛肉的,还有卷鱼肉的。
  自己觉得不是很难,就想试着自己做,没有买到鱼籽,就用的牛肉,做出来的味道,当然和买的有出入,但是还是很好吃的,作为每顿饭的配菜很不错的,作为下酒菜也不错。

    Steps to make 昆布卷

    • 1.牛肉切成条状。
    • 2.用少许料酒,耗油,腌制半小时左右。
    • 3.海带切成5厘米左右宽的条状。
    • 4.卷上牛肉条。
    • 5.尽量卷紧一些。
    • 6.锅内放水,放入盐,味级鲜,糖,牛肉粉或者鸡精,辣椒粉,调味。
    • 7.放入卷好的海带卷,大火烧开,小火煮闷煮30分钟。
    • 8.连汤倒在碗里,放入冰箱浸泡一晚在吃更入味哦。
