娃娃菜猪肉手工面
第一次尝试手工面,口感软软糯糯,又稍微有点弹牙,还是挺不错的。我做的是汤面,比较清淡,喜欢重口味的朋友可以把食材煮熟后把面捞出来,自己做一些调料搅拌着吃。

  • 1.所有食材备好,猪肉腌味。
  • 2.水开后,把手工面放进去。
  • 3.面煮熟后依次放入杏鲍菇。
  • 4.放入猪肉。
  • 5.肉煮熟后放入娃娃菜,煮两三分钟关火。
  • 6.娃娃菜手工汤面做好啦!。
