鸡肉的蛋白质丰富,但是油脂不会很高,属于白肉,男女老少皆宜,夏天吃吃烤串喝喝冷饮很恰意很享受!但是外面烧烤摊的肉实在不敢恭维,好不好吃先不说,也不知道到底是什么肉呀!为了家人的健康我们在家也能吃烤串!我家孩子不吃羊肉,红肉多吃不利健康,所以我选鸡肉白肉来做烤串也是不错的哟!

Details of ingredients

  • 鸡腿肉500克
  • 葱段2节
  • 姜片5片
  • 孜然粉适量(撒)
  • 烧烤料适量(撒)
  • 香葱花适量(撒)
  • 适量(刷鸡肉)
  • 料酒1汤匙
  • 生抽1汤匙
  • 香油1汤匙
  • 鸡精少许
  • 少许
  • 白糖少许
  • 胡椒粉少许

Steps to make 鸡肉烤串

  • 1.鸡腿去骨,切块
  • 2.放入2节葱段,5片姜片,1汤匙料酒,少许盐,少许鸡精,少许白糖提鲜,少许白胡椒粉去腥,生抽酱油1汤匙,再放入一汤匙香油,用手爪匀,装保鲜袋放冰箱冷藏腌1小时再用,
  • 3.竹签用之前用水洗净,再泡一会冷水,把冰箱冷藏好的鸡肉拿出来用竹签串起来,鸡肉之间不要串太密,要有一定距离,
  • 4.烤盘要提前包上一层锡箔纸防粘,把穿好的肉串放到铺了锡箔纸的烤盘上,先刷一层油!撒上一层孜然粉!和适量的烧烤料,烤箱提前预热上下火230度
  • 5.把肉串放入预热好的烤箱,烤25---30分钟,烤制过程10分钟拿出来翻面一次,重新刷一层油!撒一一层孜然粉和烧烤料,大约重复3次,肉就烤好了
  • 6.烤好的肉串取出来撒上适量的香葱末,真的很香,是不是马上就想来上一串,一串不够还要一串,好吃到停不下来!
