板栗红枣银耳羹
板栗季节,用板栗做的各种美食自然不能放过。板栗做汤羹也是香甜美味,加之其极高的营养价值,再搭配些相互辅佐的食材,做出来的汤羹一定是美味又营养。今天选用了糯耳、红枣为搭配是食材,这种一煮即糯的银耳,煲汤羹容易,不用花太多时间,就可以煲上一锅浓稠香甜的汤羹了。

Steps to make 板栗红枣银耳羹

  • 1.这次用了糯耳,也叫丑耳,这种银耳更容易煮糯,用清水洗一下
  • 2.提前一个小时凉水浸泡。泡发的银耳,可以看出大了好多。
  • 3.把银耳的根去掉,撕成小片,入汤锅中,加入约2.5L的水
  • 4.大火煮开,板栗剥去外皮,红枣清洗干净,水开后放入红枣和板栗。
  • 5.大火再度煮开后转小火,约7、8分钟的样子,银耳就变得很软糯了。但是汤还没有浓稠
  • 6.继续小火再煮15分钟左右,汤羹变得浓稠就可以了。
