一大两小3个内锅,先用两个小的煲个竹荪排骨盅与绿豆排骨盅,让一锅炖出2款不一样的汤,

满足不一样的口味,给家人一个惊喜,给自己一个感动。

  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.竹荪浸泡60分钟,多次换水,洗净,

  • 5.排骨放入冷水,焯一下捞出漂净.
  • 6.取2个小内胆,分别放入排骨.
  • 7.在一个盅里放入绿豆.
  • 8.另一个放入竹荪.
  • 9.分别放入姜片,葱结.
  • 10.分别放入适量料酒,加8分满清水.
  • 11.电炖锅注水至放盅前水位.
  • 12.放入不锈钢垫板.
  • 13.把2个小炖锅内锅放入.
  • 14.在内锅的边缘储水槽注入清水.
  • 15.轻轻转动内锅盖子,使水槽里的水均匀分布.
  • 16.盖上电炖锅盖,插上电源,按快炖键即可.
  • 17.时间到,切断电源,打开锅盖,捞去葱结.
  • 18.加适量盐搅拌一下,撒些葱花即可.
