  • 黑芝麻10g
  • 玉米油45g
  • 牛奶45
  • 白糖蛋黄10g + 蛋白25g
  • 蓝莓果酱100g

  • 1.食材图
  • 2.玉米油,牛奶,白糖搅匀
  • 3.加入蛋黄搅匀

  • 6.蛋白霜和蛋黄糊一起翻拌均匀做成蛋糕糊
  • 7.分出一部分蛋糕糊里面加上黑芝麻粉
  • 8.分别装入裱花袋
  • 9.一条白色一条黑色挤在烤盘上
  • 10.放入烤箱170度15分钟,取出倒扣撕去烤纸晾凉
  • 11.凉蛋糕体的时间里把蓝莓酱熬制好
  • 12.蓝莓酱降温后涂抹在蛋糕体上
  • 13.卷成卷定型
  • 14.定型后切块
