花生型月饼
中秋节以来做了几次月饼,都很受家人喜欢,不仅形状可爱,颜色美观、现做现吃、不摄入任何添加剂、营养又美味(回油后会更好看很好吃)。

Details of ingredients

  • 中励面粉220g
  • 转化糖浆150g
  • 枧水5g
  • 黑芝麻馅300g
  • 食用油50g

Steps to make 花生型月饼

  • 1.先将转化糖浆、枧水搅打均匀,再加入食用油(最好不用大豆油)搅拌均匀。
  • 2.加入中筋面粉搅拌成絮状。
  • 3.再和成面团盖盖或覆膜静置1小时。
  • 4.准备黑芝麻馅分成等份(其中有2个是刚刚做面包剩点豆沙馅做了2个),搓成团。
  • 5.将面团也分成12等份,再搓成团。
  • 6.将其中1个面剂包入黑芝麻馅料封中朝下,揉成团,再搓成小条状,放入模具中,压实后扣出。
  • 7.全部制作完成的花生馅月饼坯。
  • 8.烤箱先预热5至10分钟,上火180度下火160度,烧18至20分钟。
  • 9.花生型月饼成品出炉,放置1至2天回油后颜色会更好看,口感也会很好吃呦。
