长沙人喜欢吃宵夜,到了夏天,凌晨的宵夜摊上非常热闹。口味虾永远是重头戏,看得人垂涎三尺。鉴于去年关于小龙虾的负面报道太多,什么肌无力啊,什么重金属啊,什么洗虾粉,所以小龙虾市场在一定程度上受了影响。但一到夏天,心中的那丝欲望越发强烈,谁能挡得住这红色的诱惑啊。既然外面的虾洗得不干净,那么干脆自己买了弄着吃,老公一定很开心吧,哈哈。

    • 1.一大盆待洗的虾啊,脏得要命。用牙刷一个个的刷,把身上里面的黄色的东西要抠掉,身子旁边的绒绒也要去掉。我刷了三遍。刷好后用剪刀在虾背上开个口子,方便吃些。
    • 2.用盐,料酒,姜丝腌半个小时(多放点盐)。
    • 3.配料:姜切片,蒜一粒粒的,新鲜紫苏,香料(可用十三香,或者只放八角,桂皮),红干辣椒。
    • 4.筒子骨煮一锅汤。
    • 5.锅里放油烧热,分几次放入腌好的虾子和姜丝一起炸。
    • 6.炸好后的虾子红红的,诱惑啊。
    • 7.锅里放油,不用太多。放入香料,姜片,蒜翻炒,再倒入虾子,翻炒后倒入煮好的骨头汤,汤没过虾子,大火煮。
    • 8.煮开十分钟左右放入新鲜紫苏,放入适量盐再煮五到十分钟左右。
    • 9.放入鸡精,生抽,葱断起锅。
