Steps to make 客家红烧酿豆腐

  • 1.锅内当适量得油,烧热后把豆腐有肉的面放下去煎
  • 2.煎至微黄翻面继续煎
  • 3.两面煎至金黄后加入西红柿翻炒片刻然后加入适量的水,加适量的盐。盖上盖子焖
  • 4.一点酱油,两勺淀粉加点水焖至差不多水干时加入淀粉,大火收汁,放入葱段
  • 5.即可出锅
