Steps to make 什锦牛肉粒

  • 1.首先来做窝头、高粱面和小麦面混合高粱面多少可根据自己的口味来定、温水不烫手为宜、倒入酵母菌搅拌、再倒入面粉拌均至面团后进行发酵。

  • 8.炒好装盘、在盘子的周围摆上事先做好的窝头、在吃的时候把什锦粒装在窝头内、咬上一口有牛肉的醇香、蔬菜的脆清香、粮食的香味儿。
