  • 蜂蜜35克
  • 白糖20克

  • 黄油30克
  • 橄榄油50克
  • 高筋面粉260克
  • 酵母粉4克

Steps to make 肉松面包卷

  • 1.鸡蛋,牛奶,糖,盐,黄油,油,蜂蜜,加在一个容器中拌匀。
  • 2.高粉和酵母粉加在一起。
  • 3.将拌好的液体混在面粉里。
  • 4.搅拌成无生粉颗粒的面团。加膜后入烤箱发酵功能发酵至2.5倍大。
  • 5.面案撒干粉后将发酵好的面团取现,轻轻揉匀后,擀成与烤盘同样大小。
  • 6.放在铺了锡纸或油纸的烤盘上,加盖继续发酵至2倍大。
  • 7.发酵好的面包在烤箱底层用温度150度烤制15分钟。取出表面刷蛋黄液,撒香葱碎,
  • 8.后再入烤箱180度5分钟左右。
  • 9.烤好的面包取出,面板上铺保鲜膜,将面包撒香葱的一面朝下,放在保鲜膜上。等面包冷却至微温时,在面包底面,也就是在不撒料的一面抹上一层沙拉酱。,在面包一边三分之一处撒上一层肉松,利用保鲜膜将面包紧紧卷起,压紧后放至冰箱完全冷却成型。
