Steps to make 冰糖杨梅汁

  • 1.新鲜杨梅用清水加白醋浸泡十分钟后,换水再次浸泡十分钟,最后冲水几分钟,冲洗干净,沥干水分。
  • 2.杨梅加入适量清水,中火烧开。
  • 3.加入适量冰糖。
  • 4.继续小火熬煮十五分钟。
  • 5.保持小火。
  • 6.熬好后关火捞出杨梅。
  • 7.把杨梅果肉捣烂,继续倒入锅里再次小火熬煮五分钟,关火。
  • 8.关火后,凉透,过滤杨梅果肉(果肉可以直接吃)留汤汁,放入冰箱冰镇几小时。
  • 9.酸甜杨梅汁。
