生蚝蒸蛋串串锅
朋友送了一款锅,我这几天用它用的可欢了,今天 就用它做了生蚝蒸蛋,再烫了一份时蔬香肠串串,这样子以后想要吃串了,就可以在家复制了。

  • 年糕50克
  • 豆泡50克
  • 香菇酱3茶匙
  • 冬菜半茶匙
  • 酱油2茶匙
  • 生蚝6只

Steps to make 生蚝蒸蛋串串锅

  • 1.备好所用食材。
  • 2.鸡蛋加细盐打散打均匀。
  • 3.加入温水过滤一遍后再加入生蚝。
  • 4.封好口之后入蒸格,隔水蒸至凝固,用时差不多15分钟的样子。
  • 5.在蒸生蚝鸡蛋的时候将食材串好。
  • 6.香肠不易熟,先下锅烫煮。
  • 7.用香菇酱,冬菜,酱油调味。
  • 8.再将其它易熟的食材下锅。
  • 9.烫煮至熟即可。
