  • 1.将冬瓜削去外皮,去瓤、籽,洗净切成小片待用。
  • 2.将干辣椒去籽、去蒂待用。
  • 3.将冬瓜片投入开水锅中煮3-4分钟至熟后捞出,沥干水分。
  • 4.沥干水分的冬瓜片中加入盐。
  • 5.加入少许糖。
  • 6.倒入生抽。
  • 7.倒入花椒粉。
  • 8.炒锅中倒入香油,烧至七分热时,放入干辣椒。
  • 9.炸香后捞出干辣椒,将炸出的红油趁热淋在冬瓜片上,拌匀后即可食用。
