Steps to make 柠香煎鳕鱼

  • 1.鳕鱼解冻后洗净沥干水分
  • 2.加入适量盐,柠檬汁腌制一下
  • 3.锅里加橄榄油加热
  • 4.将鸡蛋打散,将鳕鱼放进去裹一层蛋液
  • 5.然后放入锅里中小火煎
  • 6.翻一面继续煎到金黄,撒点胡椒粉上面
  • 7.两面都煎好了就可以出锅享用了!
