Steps to make 剁椒鸡丁

  • 1.鸡腿洗净备用。
  • 2.如左图,先把鸡腿割开一刀,然后如右图取出鸡腿骨。
  • 3.然后把鸡腿肉改刀成鸡丁。
  • 4.锅中加水,并加入姜丝,花椒同煮,水开放入鸡丁,调入一勺料酒,再次烧开。
  • 5.捞出洗净,并控干水份,备用。
  • 6.锅中热油,先下入姜葱蒜炒香炒香,再倒入鸡丁煎炒至表面微黄。
  • 7.倒入剁椒翻炒。
  • 8.调入少许盐、料酒、生抽,翻炒均匀即可。
