萝卜羊骨汤

进入十月,天气转凉,也是贴秋膘的好时节,羊肉和萝卜是绝配,萝卜能很好去除羊肉的腥膻味道,同时又吸收了羊肉的香味,用萝卜和羊骨一起炖汤,那个一个鲜啊~~~

Steps to make 萝卜羊骨汤

  • 1.备好食材,羊骨提前用清水浸泡1~2个小时,泡去多余血水。
  • 2.放入锅中,加适量清水,大火焯沸后再煮2、3分钟,捞出清洗干净。
  • 3.重新放入锅中,加葱姜和适量冷水。
  • 4.盖上盖子,开大火煮沸 。
  • 5.加入料酒去除羊骨的腥膻味道,转成小火继续炖40分钟。
  • 6.白萝卜去皮,冼干净切成滚刀块。
  • 7.待羊骨炖烂了,把萝卜放进去,再炖20分钟左右。
  • 8.炖至萝卜浮起,就说明萝卜熟了,最后根据自家口味放入适量的盐调味即可。
  • 9.最后撒点葱花和枸杞,再炖2分钟,出锅装盘。
  • 10.美味滋补的的萝卜羊骨汤就炖好了。
