玉米发糕
发糕孔细似针、闻之鲜香扑鼻、食之甜而不腻、糯而不粘,营养丰富,尤其适合老年人、儿童食用。
我家宝贝就特别喜欢吃,看我蒸发糕,连晚饭都不吃,就等发糕出锅**

  • 面粉200g
  • 酵母3g
  • 温水260g
  • 面粉80g
  • 酵母1g
  • 玉米面粉100g
  • 泡打粉1g
  • 白糖20g

Steps to make 玉米发糕

  • 1.准备所需食材
  • 2.食材A面粉玉米粉倒入盆里,加入3g酵母
  • 3.加入泡打粉
  • 4.搅拌均匀
  • 5.加入白糖搅拌均匀
  • 6.倒入260g温水,不要一次加入,边加边搅拌
  • 7.搅拌如图的粘稠状,待用
  • 8.蛋糕模具刷一层食用油,方便脱模
  • 9.搅拌好的面糊倒入磨具,用勺子沾水抹平
  • 10.放入蒸锅盖盖发酵至一倍大
  • 11.面团B放入碗里
  • 12.加入1g酵母
  • 13.加温水搅拌成棉絮状,用手揉成面团
  • 14.盖上保鲜膜发酵至一倍大
  • 15.发酵好的面糊
  • 16.发酵好的面团B分成四分,分别加入抹茶粉,红曲粉,蓝莓粉,可可粉,揉均匀
  • 17.面糊底部撒上抹茶粉
  • 18.绿色面团搓成细条,空长短不一的放在面糊上,(平自己喜好弄吧)这样花的经脉完工,抹茶粉上面可以弄一些短节的绿色面条,凌乱撒上就可以,就是草了
  • 19.做上自己喜欢的花花放入就可以入蒸锅蒸至半个小时,蒸好关火焖至2--3分钟开盖脱模就可以了
