白菜紫甘蓝猪肉饺子

紫甘蓝俗称紫包菜,营养丰富,尤其含有丰富的维生素C、维生素U和较多的维生素E和B族。大白菜亦维生素丰富还含有丰富的钙、锌、硒等矿物质和膳食纤维。搭配肉末包成的饺子,每一颗都营养又美味。

  • 紫甘蓝100克
  • 肉馅调味汁1小勺

  • 1.备好材料
  • 2.紫甘蓝洗净,切碎
  • 3.白菜洗净,切碎后抓干水分
  • 4.肉末、白菜、紫甘蓝都放在一个大盘中,加入肉馅调味汁
  • 5.搅拌均匀至肉馅上劲
  • 6.取饺子皮,放上适量肉馅包成自己喜欢的形状
  • 7.把包好的饺子放蒸屉里
  • 8.放入蒸汽炉蒸15分钟
  • 9.蘸汁:高鲜酱油、蚝油、蒜末、辣椒、芝麻油
  • 10.蒸好的饺子配上蘸汁就可以开吃啦
