Steps to make 海苔肉松饼干条

  • 1.称量好所有的食材:低粉、肉松、黄油、鸡蛋海苔、砂糖、盐、泡打粉。
  • 2..海苔剪成小碎。
  • 3.黄油软化加入砂糖打发变浅,呈蓬松的羽毛状。
  • 4.分次加入全蛋液。
  • 5.每次都搅打至完全融合,再加入下一次的鸡蛋液。
  • 6.筛入面粉、泡打粉和盐。
  • 7.再放入海苔碎和肉松。
  • 8.用硅胶刀拌成面团,静置5分钟。
  • 9.将面团用保鲜膜夹在中间,擀成1cm厚度的面片,整成规整的方形。
  • 10.切成条,放入烤盘。
  • 11.烤箱预热180度5分钟,上下火,中层。放入烤盘,改成170度,烤15-20分钟
  • 12.自然放凉。非常美味营养的小零食,微咸待点点甜,口味特别的独特。
