Steps to make 咕咾虾球

  • 1.虾仁去虾线,洗净,用盐腌制5分钟
  • 2.虾仁裹上干淀粉
  • 3.油温5成热,放入虾仁。油温不能太高,油温高会导致虾仁外部焦里面却还没熟,油温也不能低,油温低会导致虾仁外面的淀粉因不能快速凝结而散落。炸完捞出虾仁
  • 4.把虾仁再次放入油锅,复炸
  • 5.虾仁复炸后呈淡金黄色,捞出待用
  • 6.洋葱和青红甜椒切片,待用
  • 7.生梨切块,待用
  • 8.锅中放入番茄酱,加水,加少许白醋,加盐,鸡精和白糖,拌匀
  • 9.锅中放入洋葱片和青红椒片
  • 10.将洋葱片和青红椒片炒匀
  • 11.锅中放入生梨块,并用水淀粉勾芡
  • 12.锅中放入炸好的虾仁
  • 13.把虾仁炒匀,准备出锅
