  • 1.先制作蛋糕体。根据戚风蛋糕的制作方法,做好戚风面糊
  • 2.先给半圆模具,角角落落都抹上一层植物油防粘,,倒入模具中
  • 3.放入预热好175度的烤箱,中下层,烤50分钟,用牙签插入没有粘黏物即可,烤好的蛋糕倒扣到晾网上,晾凉
  • 4.淡奶油加细砂糖打发至湿性发泡
  • 5.将其中一半蛋糕放置裱花台上,平整的一面抹上一层蛋糕油,稍微抹平
  • 6.再将另外一半蛋糕盖在之前的蛋糕上,组成一个完整的圆形
  • 7.给蛋糕表面抹上奶油,再用软刮板将奶油修整成圆形
  • 8.用巧克力果膏将南瓜的轮廓及嘴巴眼睛瞪画出来
  • 9.取适量打好的奶油,滴入几滴橙色色素,搅拌成橙色奶油
  • 10.将搅拌好的奶油装入装有五齿裱花嘴的裱花袋中,剪一小口,使裱花嘴的挤花部分露出来
  • 11.在蛋糕上挤出小号的曲奇花,一定要挤整齐,并且大小一样,这样裱出来的蛋糕才会好看
  • 12.整个南瓜橙色的部分裱完之后,取适量的奶油,调成黄色,将嘴巴,鼻子等黄色部分填充好
  • 13.最后用黑色果膏将细节部分再次填充一下,使轮廓更加清晰,再用奶油调成绿色,用大号曲奇嘴,在蛋糕底部挤一圈的大号曲奇花,蛋糕就做成了
