蒜香烤虾
心血来潮~~把虾弄来烤着吃,很简单切很美味,真是不错的一道下饭菜,大人小孩都可以吃

Steps to make 蒜香烤虾

  • 1.新鲜虾
  • 2.所需调味料
  • 3.准备好的调味料
  • 4.去除虾线后,倒入料酒
  • 5.加入适量生抽提色提味(因为这个生抽是没有盐味的,所以我倒的比较多)
  • 6.加入少许盐
  • 7.再倒一点鱼露进去
  • 8.接下来撒入孜然粉
  • 9.再来花椒粉
  • 10.最后倒入姜末、蒜泥
  • 11.搅拌均匀,腌制半小时左右(虾比较大,腌了一个多小时,味道都不是很入味,时间允许的话,多腌制一下)
  • 12.铺上锡纸,虾摆盘
  • 13.烤箱预先预热一下,紧接着放入虾,上层高火190,烤20分钟(烤到十分钟的时候,将虾取出来,把之前腌制虾的汤汁淋在上面)
  • 14.淋完汤汁后,接着烤5分钟,拿出来撒上葱花
  • 15.挤几滴柠檬汁,接着放进去烤5分钟即可
  • 16.烤制完毕,完美装盘,用挤过汁柠檬片拿来做点缀,还蛮不错
