老虎菜听上去很粗犷,其实是道简单的家常凉菜。做法简单到了有些粗糙的地步,但是辣劲十足,东北的夏季地产的蔬菜都下来的季节,既新鲜又大量。而这种吃法,正适合东北人的性格。

Steps to make 东北菜之老虎菜

  • 1.原材料为2个旱黄瓜,2个尖椒,一头蒜,还有一把香菜。这些都处理好。
  • 2.辣椒去籽,切成细条,在纵切一下
  • 3.黄瓜拍碎
  • 4.香菜切末
  • 5.蒜拍碎,葱切成葱花,其实应该用小葱,用手撕,不过帝都这个时候已经没有小葱了只好用山东大葱代替
  • 6.这些原料都放入玻璃碗中,放入一勺酱,这里是自制的大酱,改天把做酱的方法发上来;放入花椒面,味精
  • 7.炒勺里放入一勺油
  • 8.把油烧的滚滚热
  • 9.盛出一勺,直接浇在葱蒜花椒面上激出香味来
  • 10.拌匀后即可食用了
