  • 7.低筋面粉45克,玉米淀粉45克,可可粉3克称重过筛。
  • 8.揉成团备用。
  • 9.紫薯面团步奏同上,只是把可可粉换成5克的紫薯粉。
  • 10.揉好的面团分成适当的小剂子,揉成球码入烤盘。
  • 11.利用大拇指压扁。
