酸奶牛角面包
今天做了一个6寸的戚风,原以为这些面包吃不完,到傍晚居然也吃光光了,乐悠悠奶奶说比外面买的还好吃,呵呵,确实比以前做的都软,一点都不硬,这次面团揉了两次,从上午弄到下午,果然是好东西是急不来的。

Steps to make 酸奶牛角面包

  • 1.高筋面粉、鸡蛋、盐、糖、酸奶放入面包桶

  • 4.黄油包上保鲜膜用擀面杖擀成长方形后用保鲜膜包好,放入冰箱冷藏
  • 5.面团冷藏好后和黄油一起取出,面团擀成长方形后,把黄油放上面,然后以对角对折的方法把四个角都往上叠好,把黄油包在里面
  • 6.然后擀成长方形
  • 7.三折叠好,然后再次放入面包桶,放入30克温水按面包面团程序继续揉面发酵
  • 8.面团发酵好后取出切分割成6分
  • 9.用擀面杖擀成一头大一头小的片状,盖上保鲜膜松驰10分钟
  • 10.然后把面片从大的那头往小的那头卷起来,也就是大头卷在里面,放入铺了油布的烤盘中,送入烤箱中层,发酵程序发酵至两倍大
  • 11.取出刷上全蛋液。取出时烤箱打开上下火220度预热
  • 12.撒上少许黑芝麻
  • 13.送入预热好的烤箱中层,烤至10分钟取出,晾至温热即可食用了
