蒸胡萝卜樱
胡萝卜樱也就是胡萝卜上面的绿色的秧子,我们这里叫胡萝卜樱,是个时令菜,也就是冬天收胡萝卜的时候把嫩的樱子摘下来,可以蒸着吃。河南人爱吃蒸菜,好多的食材都可以拿来蒸。这种胡萝卜樱也是废物利用的一典型例子啦。过去都是粮食不够吃,才会用这个充饥的,现在倒是成了稀罕物了。想买还买不到哩。婆婆不知道从哪弄来点来,我是如获至宝一样,把它蒸了来吃,真的很好吃哩,我吃了一大碗,连馒头都省啦。

Steps to make 蒸胡萝卜樱

  • 1.胡萝卜樱,都是很嫩的部分,洗干净控水,绿莹莹的看着都喜欢
  • 2.切成寸段
  • 3.放姜末,盐,五香粉调味
  • 4.放入面粉拌均匀
  • 5.放一点玉米面粉拌均匀,玉米面粉可以使蒸好的菜比较散,不会粘在一起
  • 6.充分拌均匀,让菜苗表面都均匀的沾一层面粉,但面粉也不要太多
  • 7.开水上笼大火蒸6分钟
  • 8.蒜泥中加醋、生抽、辣椒油和香油及少量的凉开水拌成汁
  • 9.蒸好的胡萝卜樱
  • 10.把蒸好的胡萝卜樱装盘,浇上料汁拌均匀即可享用
