  • 1.准备好所有的食材。
  • 2.牛肉切条,加入料酒,糖,老抽,淀粉,蛋清抓拌均匀腌制10分钟。
  • 3.然后再加少许香油把牛肉在抓拌一下。
  • 4.洋葱切丝,杭椒切段,蒜切片。
  • 5.炒锅到油烧热倒入牛肉翻炒变色盛出。
  • 6.再加少许油爆香蒜片葱花。
  • 7.倒入洋葱和杭椒翻炒出香。
  • 8.加入生抽。
  • 9.再加入蚝油,糖,料酒继续翻炒。
  • 10.倒入炒过的牛肉翻炒均匀。
  • 11.加入现磨的黑胡椒碎翻炒,淋入香油。
  • 12.最后勾薄芡翻炒均匀关火。
