鸡腿炖土豆
小的时候,爸妈总是养很多的鸡,母鸡生蛋,公鸡吃肉。那时候家里人口也多,只有过年了才能宰口猪吃,这鸡肉自然就成了改善伙食的大菜了!今天的这道菜量有点大,做好后一小盆了,大家根据情况酌减!

  • 土豆2个
  • 猪肉3~4片
  • 葱花少许
  • 3片
  • 八角1个
  • 料酒少许
  • 酱油少许
  • 蒜末少许
  • 香菜少许

Steps to make 鸡腿炖土豆

  • 1.鸡腿剁成块,凉水泡去血水,控水备用
  • 2.猪肉片3~4片备用
  • 3.锅中加少量油(油多了腻,肉片也会出油),放入猪肉片煸炒至发白,煸出油,加入葱花和姜片,煸炒
  • 4.放入控好水的鸡腿肉,煸炒
  • 5.炒到颜色发白时,加入少许酱油,接着炒
  • 6.放入开水,没过鸡肉即可,盖上盖子,大火烧开后转中小火
  • 7.开锅后15分钟左右用刀直接掰入土豆块(不熟练的菜板上切),加入适量盐
  • 8.中小火接着盖盖子炖,待土豆熟了即可放入蒜末,翻拌出锅。
  • 9.出锅时撒少许香菜,增色又提味!成品图欣赏!!!
