    • 1.紫薯洗净入锅蒸熟。
    • 2.面粉加入酵母粉适量,再入白糖、啤酒和面。我家做馒头喜欢用啤酒和面的,这样馒头蒸熟之后会有一股麦芽香味,很好吃。如面粉量大的话可以将啤酒掺入水和面的。
    • 3.和匀之后将面团醒30分钟左右,面团胀到以前的2倍大小就可以了。醒面团的时候,底部加入一些干面粉,防止粘盆。
    • 4.利用醒面的时间,将凉透的紫薯去皮捏碎成茸。
    • 5.醒好的面团取出,加入紫薯茸慢慢揉。一次不要加的太多,颜色不够鲜艳可以多加几次。
    • 6.面团揉好之后,将面团揉成圆柱形,用刀均匀切成小块。
    • 7.切开的小面团,用擀面杖擀成圆形,大概4-5个叠放在一起。用刀从中间切开。
    • 8.从一端卷起来就可以了。也可以将面饼先卷起来再从中间切开。
    • 9.切开的面收紧,花瓣部分再稍作整理就完成了。
    • 10.做好的玫瑰花一同入锅,蒸大概15分钟左右就可以出锅了
