    Steps to make 萝卜缨梅干菜

    • 1.第一次种萝卜,不成器,结的萝卜小小的,萝卜叶子倒是旺盛,干脆晒干做梅干梅了。
    • 2.萝卜叶洗净,放太阳底下晒1-2天。
    • 3.晒蔫。
    • 4.烧锅开水,先把梗放入烫2-3分钟。
    • 5.把叶子也放入烫约5分钟,捞出,放凉,挤干水。
    • 6.晒干。
    • 7.放入蒸锅,蒸30分钟,关火闷一晚上,再放太阳底下晒干。
    • 8.然后又放蒸锅蒸30分钟,再晒,再蒸,最后晒干。(三蒸三晒,完成。)
    • 9.闻起来好香的梅干菜味道。放入袋子密封保存即可。吃的时候用水泡发。
