Steps to make 豆腐炖鲫鱼汤

  • 1.鲫鱼刮干净鱼鳞,及肚内黑膜,划几刀沥干备用。
  • 2.豆腐清洗干净切成小块备用。
  • 3.姜切成片备用。
  • 4.热锅冷油,下鲫鱼两面煎至金黄色,放入姜片微煎。
  • 5.加入适量开水。
  • 6.豆腐放入中火炖廿分钟。
  • 7.炖至汤汁成奶白色,加入适量盐及胡椒粉。
  • 8.放入香菜,葱花炖一分钟(香菜,葱花放拍了)。
