金瓜糯米滋——Q弹亮丽小甜点
糯米滋的主要原料是糯米,糯米的功能是温补脾胃,所以一些脾胃气虚、常常腹泻的人吃了,能起到很好的治疗效果,还能够缓解气虚所导致的盗汗、腰腹坠胀、气短乏力等症状。 因为含钙高,所以糯米滋还有很好的补骨健齿的作用。玉食这款糯米滋和南瓜、红豆搭配,又做成南瓜的造型,升级的色香味视觉享受。

Steps to make 金瓜糯米滋——Q弹亮丽小甜点

  • 1.材料:糯米粉180克,澄粉35克,椰蓉10克,熟豆沙80克,抹茶粉2克,糖、(水)适量(豆沙是甜味的我就没用糖)。
  • 2.南瓜去皮切成块。
  • 3.放入蒸锅蒸熟。
  • 4.南瓜蒸打成泥或者碾成泥倒入盆中。
  • 5.把150克糯米粉和30克澄粉混合均匀加入热的南瓜泥中,搅拌一起稍凉。
  • 6.30克糯米粉和5克澄粉和2克抹茶粉混合均匀。
  • 7.加入热水搅拌成雪花状稍凉。
  • 8.两种面和成光滑的南瓜糯米粉团和抹茶粉团。
  • 9.南瓜面团做成大小一致的小剂子,豆沙做成比南瓜球小的球,抹茶面团做成花生米大的剂子。
  • 10.南瓜球按成圆饼包入豆沙馅。
  • 11.收口滚成光滑的球形,放置在板上。
  • 12.用梳子(我是厨房专用的,没有可用牙签)压出南瓜的花纹。
  • 13.再用抹茶面团做成瓜蒂。
  • 14.金瓜糯米滋胚做好了。
  • 15.玉米皮(或者直接在蒸笼上)抹一层薄油,放入糯米滋胚盖盖。
  • 16.开锅蒸5-8分钟停火,盖2分钟出锅。
  • 17.蒸好的金瓜糯米滋底部趁热滚上一层椰蓉,糯米滋就做好了。
  • 18.成品,q弹润滑色彩亮丽,形象逼真。
