Steps to make 香蕉海绵蛋糕

  • 1.将鸡蛋和砂糖混合,用电动打蛋器搅拌,同时要隔水加热,使蛋液保持在40度;
  • 2.用叉子将香蕉压成泥状;
  • 3.玉米油和牛奶混合后缓缓倒入搅拌好的蛋液中;
  • 4.加入过筛后的低筋面粉继续翻拌;
  • 5.加入香蕉泥翻拌均匀,这样面糊就完成了;
  • 6.将制好的面糊倒入纸杯中,香蕉切片装饰在面糊表面,烤箱预热后180度烤20分钟。
