香葱麻薯包
说起做面包,大家都会想到复杂的制作过程,和面和发酵还要占据不少的时间。但是有一种面包,从制作和烘烤一共只需要三十分钟的时间,那就是麻薯面包。这款面包用的是麻薯预拌粉,加上鸡蛋、油等家庭基本会储存的材料就可以做,我还另外添加了香葱末和盐,吃起来带点咸甜味和浓浓的香葱味,不会甜腻,我一下子就能吃掉4个,实在是太好吃了。下面分量大概可以做7个。

  • 麻薯预拌粉100 g
  • 鸡蛋液40g
  • 30g
  • 玉米油20g
  • 1g
  • 葱花4g

Steps to make 香葱麻薯包

  • 1.蛋液、油和水放入到盆里
  • 2.用电动打蛋器1档打发20秒左右,打至有密集的泡泡
  • 3.将麻薯预拌粉倒入
  • 4.用打蛋器搅拌头划圈搅拌几下,再启动电源搅拌几秒,不见干粉。
  • 5.将葱末倒入。(葱末提前放入烤箱用100度烘烤干即可)
  • 6.用刮刀拌均匀,再用打蛋器搅拌几秒
  • 7.将做好的面糊放入到裱花袋里
  • 8.挤在不粘烤盘上
  • 9.放入到提前预热到170度的东菱K40C烤箱倒数第二层,烘烤23分钟
  • 10.烘烤十分钟左右就可以看到面糊已经膨胀起来了,好可爱
