小清新馒头

Steps to make 小清新馒头

  • 1.主料中除猪油以外的所有食材放入一个大碗中,揉成光滑的面团,醒10分钟,再加猪油再次揉成光滑的面团。
  • 2.面团收入一个大碗中,盖上保鲜膜,放温暖处发酵。
  • 3.面团已经发酵好了,成蜂窝状(温暖处2个小时左右)。
  • 4.拿出面团,排气,再次揉光滑。
  • 5.取5克白色面团加入菠菜粉,揉成绿色面团,取10克面团加入红曲粉,和成红色面团。
  • 6.剩下的白色面团分成8个均匀的小剂子,再次排气,团成圆形。
  • 7.绿色面团擀成圆面片,切成小细条(做花杆)。
  • 8.绿色面条粘在白色面团上(刷一点点水,更容易粘牢),做成花杆(依着自己喜欢的样子随便摆)。
  • 9.红色面团擀成大面片,用心型模具的小尖角切出面片,做出小花。
  • 10.小花粘在白色面团上,剩余的绿色面团做出一些小叶子,粘在白色面团上,花样馒头的生胚就好了。
  • 11.馒头生胚放入蒸锅中,冷水上锅,再次醒发20分钟,开火,出汽后蒸15分钟,关火后再虚蒸3-5分钟就好了。
  • 12.出锅了。
