香肠餐包之柳叶形
这个长形的面包,不知道它的原本名字叫什么,很象长长的柳叶和叶脉,且叫它柳叶餐包吧。

  • 高筋面粉450克
  • 酵母粉4克
  • 香肠8根
  • 2克
  • 白糖40克
  • 植物油20克

Steps to make 香肠餐包之柳叶形

  • 1.面团的制作,及一次发酵,请参看:http://home.meishichina.com/recipe-214649.html,其中的步骤1-6.
  • 2.将发酵好的面团取出,按扁排气,分成小面坯,揉圆,盖笼布松弛15分钟。
  • 3.取一块小面坯,按扁,抻成长方形(也可以用擀面杖擀成牛舌形)。
  • 4.将提前剥皮的香肠放在中间部分。
  • 5.然后用锋利的刀,在香肠的两侧各切几刀。
  • 6.将左侧的面条向右下方包住香肠。
  • 7.再将右侧的面条向左下方压过去。
  • 8.重复步骤6、7,依次这样压完。
  • 9.这样就完成了柳叶形状的餐包制坯过程。
  • 10.依次做好所有餐包坯,放入铺有锡纸的烤盘里,在温暖处进行二次发酵,涨发至2倍大小时,即可烤制。
  • 11.烤箱预热190度5分钟后,160度下层20分钟左右即熟。
