菠菜双拼寿司
这次做了普通的寿司和反转寿司,虽然用料一样,但一黑一白、颜色分明,还是带来很大的对比度。而且加入了菠菜,在吃的过程中体验一下新的口感吧~

  • 黄瓜半根

Steps to make 菠菜双拼寿司

  • 1.菠菜摘洗干净,放入锅中焯熟。
  • 2.将鸡蛋打散后摊成蛋饼。
  • 3.准备好黄瓜条,鸡蛋切丝,火腿条和菠菜段。
  • 4.海苔铺在竹帘上,均匀的盖一层米饭。
  • 5.摆放好蔬菜条、鸡蛋丝和火腿条。
  • 6.浇一层沙拉汁。
  • 7.卷紧,做好以后切块。
  • 8.接下来做反转寿司。将竹帘展开,铺一张大小相似的保鲜膜,将大米均匀的盖上去。
  • 9.铺一张海苔。
  • 10.摆放好蔬菜条、鸡蛋丝和火腿条。
  • 11.浇一层沙拉汁。
  • 12.卷紧。
  • 13.将寿司切成大小均匀的小份。
  • 14.摆盘。
  • 15.哈哈~
