  • 1.准备好材料,豌豆粉与水是比例是1:5
  • 2.先取1杯水把豌豆粉溶解
  • 3.剩下的水倒入锅里烧开
  • 4.倒入溶解好的豌豆粉,小火加热,边加热边搅拌,沸腾即可关火。
  • 5.倒入盆子里让其自然凝固
  • 6.取出凝固的凉粉,切成小块
  • 7.锅里放油,烧热后,放入蒜末和辣椒酱炒香
  • 8.放入凉粉,加入盐和生抽,把凉粉炒均匀入味即可
  • 9.盛入碗中即可食用
