俗话说,一年之计在于春!春天又是春暖花开的季节,放眼望去都是嫩芽枝头,翠绿放园;经过一冬的窝居的人们也会按捺不住对春天的向往,纷纷走向草地、公园,去呼吸青草的味道~~~
而春天也是绿叶蔬菜上市的最佳时节,其中莴笋就是一种比较常见易买的家常蔬菜;因为清脆爽口很多人都喜欢吃。
莴苣味道清新且略带苦味,可刺激消化酶分泌,增进食欲。其乳状浆液,可增强胃液、消化腺的分泌和胆汁的分泌,从而促进各消化器官的功能,对消化功能减弱、消化道中酸性降低和便秘的病人尤其有利。同时利尿通乳:莴苣钾含量大大高于钠含量,有利于体内的水电解质平衡,促进排尿和乳汁的分泌。对高血压、水肿、心脏病人有一定的食疗作用。还具有强壮机体、防癌抗癌:莴苣含有多种维生素和矿物质,具有调节神经系统功能的作用,其所含有机化含物中富含人体可吸收的铁元素,对有缺铁性贫血病人十分有利。莴苣的热水提取物对某些癌细胞有很高的抑制率。
莴笋可炒、可拌、可炖,只要你喜欢怎么食用都可以;今天我就选择凉拌的方式,加入了韩式糖醋酱,风味真的不一样哈~~~

Steps to make 韩式糖醋莴笋

  • 1.准备糖醋酱和新鲜莴笋
  • 2.将莴笋切头去皮
  • 3.洗净后切细丝
  • 4.放入碗中加1小勺食盐腌制10分钟左右
  • 5.锅中水开后放入腌好的莴笋丝
  • 6.焯烫变色后捞起挤干水份
  • 7.放入餐碟中倒入适量韩式糖醋酱和麻油
  • 8.拌匀后撒些黑白芝麻更香
