卤出来的食物总是很美味的,小时候几乎都是在外面买着吃的,印象中妈妈很少做卤的美食,所以在我的印象中,卤的食物一定很难做,直到自己也开始喜欢做美食后才发现,自己做出美味的卤肉并不是那么困难。

都说要有老卤水才能卤出美味的食物,但没有老卤水怎么办呢,所有的事情都会有第一次,不是吗!所以我们今天就从头开始吧,今天卤了后,如果不怕麻烦,就可以留着下次用,这样也就有了老卤了。

    • 1.买来的牛腱肉洗干净后,再用清水泡1个小时。
    • 2.泡好的牛肉焯水后,洗净备用。
    • 3.锅里另外准备好清水,里面放上配料和调味。水开后,关小火,焖煮1个半小时。
    • 4.卤好的牛肉让其在卤水里泡2个小时。
    • 5.切片即可食用了。
    • 6.就这样吃已经很美味,还可以蘸了点辣椒粉和花椒粉。
    • 7.将卤水过滤,再次烧开。
    • 8.凉了的卤水放密封盒里,放冰箱冷冻,下次卤的时候再用。虽然没有老卤水,但就这样卤出来的食物,我家小熊都说好美味呢,非常喜欢。
