红糖蛋奶布丁
这款布丁没有用白糖、冰糖,而是用来红糖,第一次尝试用红糖来做布丁,和白糖的味道真的不同的,红糖的味道让布丁别有一番风味,而且表面颜色看上去如巧克力般,首次尝试,很成功,就拿出来和大家分享,喜欢布丁的朋友,不妨尝试一下这款布丁。

Steps to make 红糖蛋奶布丁

  • 1.备好原材料,我用的虫草鸡蛋,也就是柴鸡蛋,这种鸡蛋蛋黄比较大,就直接用了4个蛋,如果用普通的鸡蛋,可以三个鸡蛋加一个蛋黄
  • 2.先把牛奶和红糖混合
  • 3.煮一下让红糖完全融化,然后晾凉至60度左右
  • 4.鸡蛋打散
  • 5.倒入牛奶中,因牛奶 是温热的,要边倒边搅拌,以防止鸡蛋凝固结块
  • 6.充分搅拌均匀
  • 7.过筛得到细腻的布丁液
  • 8.倒入容器中,深度最好一致,这样保证烤的时候一起烤好。
  • 9.烤箱150度预热后,烤盘中倒入温水,水浴法,烤30--35分钟。
  • 10.烤好的布丁,我还没有拍照,孩子就拿走吃了一杯。
