我很喜欢沙姜的味道,对一切沙姜的食物都无法抗拒,趁着周末就煮了个沙姜鸡煲,平时不怎么添饭的老公没忍住吃了2碗饭。

  • 胡椒粉0.5小勺

  • 老抽1大勺
  • 沙茶酱1大勺
  • 料酒1大勺
  • 生粉2小勺
  • 2小勺

Steps to make 沙姜鸡煲

  • 1.主要材料有这些。
  • 2.鸡洗净,切块,我把鸡胸肉都买来炖汤,把嫩肉留下做鸡煲。
  • 3.沙姜和大蒜切碎。
  • 4.把蚝油,胡椒粉,生粉,生抽,沙茶酱,盐,料酒放入鸡块中搅拌均匀,腌制1-2小时。
  • 5.砂锅烧热放入花生油,倒入沙姜和蒜中小火爆炒出香味。
  • 6.放入腌好的鸡块,加糖,继续翻炒几下。
  • 7.倒入一些清水,继续翻炒几下,放入老抽上色,盖上锅盖中小火焖煮10分钟,图中可以多次翻炒,尽量避免粘锅。
  • 8.放入葱花和香菜,熄火盖上盖子。
  • 9.上碟,超级好吃,非常下饭。
