星期天中午,一家三口每人一盘卤肉饭。等我拍完照,俩吃货早已吃完,而且全部光盘,终于以实际行动来响应国家号召了。

    Steps to make 卤肉饭

    • 1.五花肉切小块,准备好香叶、八角、桂皮、姜片、沙姜、干辣椒、冰糖
    • 2.炒锅烧热,下油及切好的猪肉煸炒出油至金黄色
    • 3.下香叶、八角、桂皮、干辣椒、姜片、沙姜一起翻炒
    • 4.香料炒出香味后加入料酒、老抽、味极鲜酱油、蚝油、盐、糖炒匀
    • 5.加入清水没过肉以上一寸
    • 6.大火烧开转小火慢炖30分钟后,放入煮好的鸡蛋一起煮
    • 7.大火烧开转小火慢炖30分钟,放入煮好的鸡蛋再煮30分钟,转大火煮至卤水浓稠即可
    • 8.锅中水烧开,下西兰花,加入盐及油,将西兰花焯熟盛出。
    • 9.取一小碗把饭盛满,压实,倒扣在盘中,舀入卤肉,放入切好的鸡蛋,摆入焯好的西兰花,用葱花胡萝卜料装饰即可
