叉烧肉
这款叉烧不需要烤箱,也不需要明火,只需要一个简简单单的电饭锅就能完成,是不是超级简单。

  • 梅子肉800克
  • 叉烧酱100克
  • 黄酒2茶匙
  • 蚝油、2茶匙
  • 蜂蜜10克
  • 姜片10片
  • 香葱20

Steps to make 叉烧肉

  • 1.准备食材:梅子肉800克、叉烧酱100克、黄酒2茶匙、蚝油、2茶匙、蜂蜜10克、姜片10片、葱段15克。
  • 2.梅子肉切大块,泡去血水,加入(1)中所有调料。
  • 3.加入所有调料后充分抓匀,腌渍6个小时以上。(腌渍过夜更入味)
  • 4.电饭锅底部铺上香葱段,姜片。
  • 5.放入腌渍好的梅子肉,尽量每块都要接触到锅底,不要叠压。
  • 6.按电饭煲煮饭键。
  • 7.第一次跳保温后,给肉翻个面,再次按煮饭键。
  • 8.第二次跳保温就可以取出大快朵颐啦!
  • 9.成品!
