红豆沙月饼
月饼,作为一种节日的特色美食本来就不是很健康的食物,虽然我们在自己做的过程中极力的朝着健康的方向做,但是糖和油的量达不到还是不会呈现出完美的样子。所以我觉得还是控制自己的食用量更来的直接、实际些。

  • 普通面粉125克
  • 豆沙馅360克
  • 蛋液10克
  • 糖浆90克
  • 枧水2克
  • 蛋液10克

Steps to make 红豆沙月饼

  • 1.称出转化糖浆、碱水、植物油,倒在一个盆里混合均匀;称出面粉加入到拌均匀的糖浆里,揉成团,然后密封醒1-2小时
  • 2.豆沙馅等分成12份,然后搓成圆备用;醒好的面团也等分成12份
  • 3.然后再取一份饼皮面按扁,包入豆沙馅
  • 4.月饼模内撒少许的干粉,转动模具使之内壁上都沾满面粉,然后倒出多余的面粉,把包好的月饼面团放进去,轻轻的向下压成月饼的生坯
  • 5.压好的月饼生坯中间隔点空隙,摆放到烤盘上
  • 6.烤箱预热200度,月饼坯的表面喷少许水,然后放入烤箱中层,上、下火200℃,5分钟左右的时候月饼定型取出表面刷蛋液;然后再放进烤箱180继续烤15分钟,看表面金黄即可
