Steps to make 金钱花排包

  • 1.称量好所有的食材。
  • 2.用一个稍大的容器,将液体食材牛奶、鸡蛋放在最底层,中间放糖、盐、奶粉和面粉,最上面放酵母粉。
  • 3.用筷子搅拌至无干粉。
  • 4.放入面包机设置‘甜面包’档,和面20分钟。
  • 5.然后放入软化的黄油继续和面至完成第一次发酵过程。
  • 6.发好的面团揉匀排气。
  • 7.分为19个等量的小面团,滚圆,松弛15分钟。
  • 8.取一个小面团,擀成椭圆形。
  • 9.然后用长度对折。
  • 10.卷起,放入派的烤盘中。
  • 11.依次做好,均匀的摆放好。
  • 12.放入烤箱进行第二次发酵。60分钟左右。
  • 13.发好的面包坯基本都挨上就可以了。
  • 14.然后再面包坯的表面喷一层雾状的水。
  • 15.烤箱预热175度,中下层,上下火,20分钟。
  • 16.十分钟后还是加盖了锡纸。这个要看烤箱的温度酌情处理。
  • 17.烤好的面包,迅速的刷上一层黄油,又提亮,又提香。
  • 18.超级柔软,还有南瓜的味道,好香好香。
